Data Collection on this Website

Server Log Files

The web host automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically. This includes: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website).

Contact and Application Forms

When you submit a request via a form, we store the information you provide — including your contact details — in order to process your enquiry and follow up if necessary. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Retention period: Data submitted via forms is retained until you request deletion, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Airtable (Form Processing)

We use Airtable (Formagrid Inc., 155 5th Street, 6th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA) to process application and contact requests. Data you enter is transmitted to and stored on Airtable servers. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Further information: airtable.com/privacy.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics is configured to activate only after you have given your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Consent Mode v2). No measurement data is transmitted until consent is given.

IP anonymisation is enabled, meaning your IP address is truncated within the EU before transmission. Google may evaluate this information, compile reports on website activity, and provide further services related to website usage.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Data transfer to the USA: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
